It can be challenging to break free of the trauma that many of us have experienced during these challenging times. Being in nature and green spaces has been proven to reduce anxiety and improve emotional and mental health. FHG is here to help create a space that speaks to your needs and that of your community through conscious design. As a startup, we have emphasized giving back to the community as a part of our business structure.
